Choose Mail > Preferences…, click on the the arrow to the right of the toolbar icons in the window and choose Attachments. You can remove Attachment Tamer in the Updates and Removal tab.

Alternatively, you can remove the plug-in using the installer, which can be downloaded from my website: http://lokiware.info/.
